I designed the mobile app for iHealthy during my graduation at Conestoga College. The product is a health tracking app focused on helping users build better daily habits. The product includes onboarding, meal and mood tracking, daily summaries,
and friendly feedback to help users stay consistent over time.
My goal was to design a health tracking experience that felt simple and rewarding, not like a chore. I focused on reducing input friction, giving users quick feedback, and helping them build a daily rhythm without pressure. Also, I designed a section where users could check quick recipes to help them maintain their goals.
Daily input consistency rate across tracking areas
Drop-off rate after onboarding
Time to complete a full check-in
Frequency of processed food entries or items flagged with additives
Correlation between check-in streaks and user retention
Talking to early testers made one thing clear: people want
to track their health, but they don’t want to feel judged
or micromanaged. I learned that success in this space isn’t about collecting more data, but about making it easy to start and satisfying to keep going.
